Individual therapy

Individual therapy is useful for exploring beliefs and behaviors that are no longer serving you. Whether you are going through a transition or experiencing low mood/energy or increased stress and anxiety, I want to help you restore your body to a place of peace.

EMDR is used to replace the negative beliefs that your brain has claimed from improperly stored memories. Based on neuroscience and SPECT scans of the brain, there are physical improvements in brain structure to indicate a positive impact from EMDR. EMDR allows the brain to tap into its own self healing capabilities.

Family/marital therapy

As an attatched-based therapist, I believe that relationships can often create the greatest wounds in our lives and be the greatest source of healing. Everything we know about ourselves and the world around us comes from how we have been loved. I love working with couples, children and adolescents, helping families restore and strengthen their sense of connection.

Our gut is our second brain. A large amount of our stress and anxiety is processed in the gut and can lead to a wide range of issues such as depression/anxiety, IBS, leaky gut, bloating, upset stomach and a weakened immune system or poor metabolism. I believe that food is medicine and there is so much to discover when we listen to our bodies. As a certified IIN health coach I want to help you integrate new habits that will sustain you and to love food that loves you back.
